About me

Welcome to my blog–my attempt to get my educational thoughts down.  I teach at large semi-public high school in southern New Hampshire.  I say semi-public meaning we are not beholden to a school board but rather a Board of Trustees, but we are the school of record for a number of sending towns.  Our enrollment is just over 3000.

I teach English along with 37 of my colleagues.  I currently teach juniors and seniors as well as Public Speaking.  I also just recently earned my Masters in Educational Administration and like to explore issues of leadership.

I am married to a beautiful woman I met while student teaching in college named Jenny.  She used to teach Spanish before choosing to stay home with our two children, Teddy and Annabelle.

All opinions in this blog reflect my thoughts only and are not necessarily indicative of the opinions of my school or its leaders.
